there should have been a vsb cord that came with your camera try that
Install ZoomBrowser which is on the CD that came with your camera. Then get an updated version from the web (choose your camera here: and click through to the Software page and download the update for ZoomBrowser). After you have installed the program, you need to turn on the camera and connect it with a USB cable to your computer. Then it should be discovered by the computer. If it isn’t go in to ZoomBrowser and choose Acquire photos from camera.
